“What I've experienced in the past several months participating in the program was EXACTLY what I needed. I loved the community that was created, the space I was able to think out loud, the beautiful practices that I was taught, and the wisdom that was shared. I feel clearer in my purpose, have new tools to support me when times are challenging, and friends that I will feel connected to for a lifetime.

The Cycle of Root To Bloom

Progress through important stages of growth in this journey. As you explore the modules below, you will uncover hidden aspects of yourself that need recognition and healing. Our community creates a supportive space for you to embrace all parts of yourself, honoring your unique gifts and stories as they come to light.

Root In Community

  • As we explore SELF AWARENESS, we reflect on our identity and origins. By examining Earth as our shared home, we contemplate its meaning for individuals and communities. We'll analyze the effects of colonization and forced migration on collective mental health, revealing connections between our historical journeys and our current roles within our communities.

Grow & Germinate

  • In this program phase, we will focus on communication hard skills to enhance relationship-building soft skills. Expect challenges in altering social norms around self-talk and dialogue. We will explore triggers, enabling us to process strong emotions that hinder transformation. Instead of avoiding trauma, we will utilize safety and restorative tools to embrace self-acceptance. Experience personal growth in this unit.

Bloom

  • We're here for the magic. This final leg will have you time traveling, collapsing time and space. Our futures hinge on dreaming and creating from the energy cultivated so far. Remembering how our ancestors sourced information reminds us we can do the same. This culminates in INTEGRATION, ensuring the growth and experiences from previous units are not wasted. Complete the transformation cycle to prepare for the next version of you, beyond Root To Bloom!
